Waitrose – from Friday 20 March, the first opening hour will be dedicated to elderly and vulnerable shoppers and their carers. Some hospitality services are temporarily closed including rotisserie, hot food to go and made-in-branch baguettes. Store may also close early. Daily essentials kept aside for NHS workers and priority treatment at checkouts. Customer numbers being limited, cashless and contactless payments encouraged
