Working in partnership with a number of organisations (Active Derbyshire, Public Health, High Peak Borough Council and the voluntary sector) we’re excited and pleased to announce that we’re recruiting for a Move More High Peak Children and Young People’s Officer.
The role is being hosted by The Bureau in Glossop but will be working as a member of staff for High Peak School & Sport Partnership for 66% of your time on the national School Games programme.
The rest of the time will be ensuring the great work created in schools is then linked to what’s happening in the community where you’ll be working with other agencies and young peoples’ groups.
The role is for 52 weeks full time and for a fixed term of 2 years – although it’s hoped this will continue beyond this period.
Here’s the job advert where you can download the application pack including Job Description, Person Specification and application form – https://the-bureau.org.uk/…/move-more-high-peak…/
The deadline for applications is 8 May with interviews taking place on 16 May. You’ll also need to send a covering letter with your application to mark@the-bureau.org.uk
If you think you fit the profile please apply as we’re really looking forward to welcoming a new member of staff to the partnership.
