The Sunflower Shopping experience

Now that visits to the shops are limited and shopping for essentials takes on greater importance during the lockdown, we want to hear from people with a hidden disability about their shopping experiences.
People with hidden disabilities may struggle to do things that other people take for granted and this can often affect their confidence to have the same experiences as everybody else. Visiting shops can often be challenging – examples include not being able to easily access the shop, the shopping environment leading to sensory overload, or layout changes meaning that someone with a visual impairment finds navigation difficult.
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower was designed to help with these visits by indicating that the wearer may need support, understanding or a little more time: making the invisible, visible.
By completing the following short survey, or completing it on behalf of someone you care for who has a hidden disability, you’ll enable us to gain a deeper understanding of how the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is affecting your shopping experience. All responses are entirely confidential. There are 12 questions and it should take around 3 minutes to complete.
So please share your experiences with us on the following link: https://bit.ly/2Ugeaj8
