Starts this morning – a gentle Sunday Service lasting 11 minutes.
Everyone in Buxton, Burbage, Harpur Hill or King Sterndale can phone a local number to hear a service led by the Buxton Team Rector, Liz England. There will be a new one each Sunday.
There are five options to choose from when you ring in:
1. the Sunday Service – familiar words, responses and prayers, includes a bible reading and reflection on Trust.
2. a contemporary worship song
3. a traditional hymn based on the theme of the sermon
4. Parish notices
5. Contact details for the Parish
This is a local call, so low or no costs. It is particularly for those who are isolated, feeling alone or cut off during this pandemic, those without internet or all who just need to hear a friendly voice. Switch on to speaker phone, bring a drink and find a comfortable seat and phone in.
Listen as many times as you like. New service every Sunday.
