*****Vacancy for a part-time Secretary/Receptionist at Buxton office*******
We are looking to recruit a part time receptionist/secretary at our Bury and Hilton Buxton office. This post is a permanent part time role 9am to 1pm each day working alternate Saturdays 9am until 1pm.
The role will be working in our busy estate agency office. You will be dealing with telephone calls from our vendors and purchasers, answering their queries and arranging viewings and market appraisals. The ability to audio type would be an advantage as you may be involved in preparing documents in relation to estate agency business.
You will be friendly, outgoing, a good communicator and used to working independently in a busy office environment. You will be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively whilst producing work to a high standard. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be educated to GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Whilst you may have estate agency experience, this is desirable but not essential.
